I work from a person-centered lens, focusing on building a strong therapeutic alliance and offering an empathetic ear; pointing out where you may not be living congruently between who you are and who you want to be, gently encouraging change or self acceptance. While I utilize a person-centered approach, I am grounded in practices that are well researched in improving mental health symptoms, this includes cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and dialectical behavioural skills.

I work from a person-centered lens, focusing on building a strong therapeutic alliance and offering an empathetic ear; pointing out where you may not be living congruently between who you are and who you want to be, gently encouraging change or self acceptance.

While I utilize a person-centered approach, I am grounded in practices that are well researched in improving mental health symptoms, this includes cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and dialectical behavioural skills.

My areas of focus include posttraumatic stress disorder (single incident or chronic trauma), attachment issues, depression, and anxiety.
